Can I return an item?

You can return your purchased items within 14 calendar days from the receipt.

How can I return my purchase?

I received a defective (or wrong) product, what can I do?

Contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

When will I get my refund?

You will receive your refund within 2 weeks from the day our warehouse receives the product you returned. The credit will be made on the same card you used at the time of purchase.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Go to your DiCEworld account page. You can generate a new password by clicking on the “Forgot your password?”

How can I change my account password?

Log into your DiCEworld account and click on “Account Profile”. Enter the old password and the new one in the appropriate spaces, and save.

How can I update my personal data registered on DiCEworld?

Go to your DiCEworld account and click on “Account Profile”. The page will show all the editable data. Once everything is updated, remember to click on the “Save settings” button.

How can I cancel my account?

Contact su to request the deletion of your account.

How can I place an order?

Buying is easy, safe and you just need a few simple steps:

1. choose the items you wish to buy and click on “Add to cart”. If you have a promotional code remember to enter it and click on “Apply”. When you are ready to proceed with your purchase, click on “Go to checkout”.
2. Enter your shipping details. Remember to check the “I want to create an account” box so that you will not have to re-enter all the information on your next order and the purchase will even be easier and faster.
3. Enter your card details to make the payment. You will receive a confirmation mail with your order number.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

If you need an invoice after creating the order, you can request it within 60 days.

You just have to get in touch with us and indicate the following data:

    • order number
    • business name
    • VAT number
    • registered office address (street, post code, city, province, country)
    • SDI code (not mandatory – Italian companies only).

After the invoice has been issued, it will be no longer possible to make any changes to the data.

Can I cancel an order?

If you have placed an order by mistake, contact our customer service as soon as possible because we have a very short time before our logistic partner processes your order. We will do our best to accomodate your request.

Can I amend an order?

We cannot make any changes once the order has been placed.

Can I task you to change  a product ordered?

We currently do not offer product changes. Instead you can return the item and make a new order.

I need more information about a product. How can I submit my request?

You can write to us using the form. We will replay to you as soon as possible.

Why can’t I add the product to my cart?

Because it is currently not available in our warehouse.
